Very good quality food, all waiters are friendly. Diverse Turkish menu. Shisha available too with a wide variety of flavours. The service can be hit and miss but it’s not so difficult to get the attention of a waiter. Overall a very good experience and will come back many times more.

I don’t write reviews, but this is a special place and certainly worth a mention. The food was excellent and the service was first class. Could not ask for more. Thanks to Magdy and the ever attentive staff. Will visit again next time in Cairo InShaAllah.

Staff: very professional, very cooperative and they care about every single detail. They take the extra mile and if you are happy 99 percent, they will make sure you are happy 150 percent. Without asking anyone, they change the napkins in the napkin holder. They offered 2 complimentary teacups only because they felt that the tea with peanuts was not a preferred choice to us. Although we did not complain So special thanks to swailam, Mahmoud, Mostafa and the other two who unfortunately we did not notice their names. Everyone is taking their job seriously and they are so dedicated to what they do. Food: perfect main courses, with good portions and the strawberry tres leches is a wonderful crumbly balanced combination of sugar, softness and taste. The Ayrault was wonderful This is what you call a perfect experience. Their perfect service allowed us as a family to spend great quality time without having to think about anything. Keep it up really. We’re so proud with the outstanding performance.
